If this is a long term hold you'll want to have finishes that match comps, but are also still very durable for tenants.

Some trash companies have a service for an extra charge where they will wheel it out to the curb, because handicapped and the elderly often can’t do it.

So many are trying to reinvent the wheel when its just about numbers. 

Normally I would say no but for a small condo the durability should be less of an issue.
