Get a contractor (well several) to give you some bids, remember the cheapest is rarely the least expensive, so vet quality as well as price, get references and ect.

These are the types of "lenders" that give the rest of us credible lenders a bad image in the industry.  

If you are looking to invest with them, you should have THEM provide you with references (other investors).
