New member from Utah

Hi! My name is Keeley Park, and my husband and I are extremely interested in Real Estate Investing, we have talked about it since before we were married. We have been married 3 1/2 years now and we are currently under contract for a 4plex in Utah that we are going to house hack. About time, right?

We are just starting out in the real estate business and currently are unsure of exactly what path we want to take. For the most part we are looking for cash flow. Apartments seem very interesting to us, but that is quite a ways off right now. Maybe we'll invest in some small multifamily properties, or possibly single family. Maybe in-state, maybe out-of-state, we're very open. We'll see where our journey takes us! 

I'm pretty sure I found BiggerPockets through Pinterest while searching for information on investing. That was a lucky find for me because I had no idea what I was even searching for. I was completely new to Real Estate or any kind of investing. I have learned so much already! I am amazed at the resources that are found here. We are very excited to be a part of BiggerPockets and we look forward to the many learning and growing opportunities it will bring!

@William Hochstedler, I am not aware of any 4plexes in Coalville. It's just a small farming community. There might be a duplex here or there. The 4plex we are buying is in Provo.
