Hi BP,

I am a long time listener and recent BP pro member.

I am looking to expand my company and build my team in Seattle, WA. We currently do business in Washington, DC where my company has built new homes, rehabbed blighted properties, purchased properties at tax sale, and we are currently under going a four-unit condo conversion in Capitol Hill, Washington, DC. We also have rental properties in Michigan, Washington, DC, and Chicago.

I’m interested in purchasing cash flow properties in and around Seattle (Tacoma, Renton, Everett, included), rehab homes in Seattle, and build new homes. We also have a long-term vision of acquiring multi-family properties. We have outlined a five-year strategic plan that outlines our specific goals and where we would like to take our company. I’d like to share our plan with you and see how we can both grow our companies and achieve our goals!

We have done JVs, partnerships, have a network of private investors, pay cash for properties, have a successful history with construction lending, and great credit. Most importantly, every deal we have done has been thoughtful, profitable, and worthwhile for all those involved.

I am looking to network with Wholesalers, Real Estate agents, homebuilders, contractors, real estate attorneys, title companies, local lenders, and folks knowledgeable in building code and zoning. My hope is that my goals will help you to achieve yours!

It would be great to make a face to face or a BP connection with you. Hope to talk soon.

Take care!
