Before that, here's some background.I got a W2 position about 10 months ago JUST so I can qualify for an FHA loan.

Hey guys,I would like some advice/ideas on how to turn around a property I acquired online or how to get rid of it (if it's not worth the trouble).Being prior military I was familiar with Fort gordon, GA (city of Augusta) and received a notice that the VA was getting rid of several properties that it had foreclosed on.

But always been intrigued by the business and noticed how so many people are successful and love what they do!

I noticed most of the homes look older. 

I noticed across literally across the street was a completely vacant house, with a boarded up front door and windows covered in blinds, shades, and newspapers.I did a quick parcel search in my county and found the owner lives not too too far away.

The position's that we put our families in when we push the limits to break through to the next level.  

I know it's short notice but the Las Cruces Real Estate Investors club meets tonight at 7:00 at 205 W Boutz Road, Building 6.

I guess as you learn more through the experiment, you'll decide more of what to do with it in the future.I definitely notice that any large apartment complexes won't work, like the ones in North San Jose. 

My husband and I are finding ourselves in a similar position and are not sure what the best course of action should be.  

I just noticed that Panzera is managing a duplex a few doors down from me in Dublin.
