I posted a thread similar 4 weeks ago. 4 in 4. Technically 8 in 8 is more like 8 in 8.75 ;) but 8 in 8 has a better ring to it.

These are part of our SFR portfolio we are building up this year. On pace for 30 by the end of the year.
