I am just checking in to see if any Canadian business owners had used the free cash/retained earnings to purchase rental real estate in the US?

I called a custodian company in Las Vegas called Preferred Trust and they said it was possible to invest in an online business like an Amazon store or a website with a SDIRA as well as real estate.

You may not want the liability/headaches that come with being a landlord so rentals may be out of your interest whereas if you are just trying to maximize profits and earn cash in the short-term, selling & flipping could be more your speed.

Udemy offers an online course on "How to Analyze Real Estate Investments".

I look at over 2,000 properties a month online, then I view maybe 100 a month and make offers on 1 and get 3-5 under contract.

@Debbie Key I have purchased probably a few dozen properties from online auction sites.
