1st offer rejected. Inputs????

Hey BP my wife and I made our 1st offer on a small MFP. The seller was asking for 200K with no upgrades, but after doing our due diligence and reviewing our CMA report the property was listed above market value. We offered at market value, but was rejected with no counter offer. Any suggestions for this situation.

@Jairo Rincon Move onto greener pastures. Eventually the seller will consider a lower offer of someone else will pay the sellers price. I look at over 2,000 properties a month online, then I view maybe 100 a month and make offers on 1 and get 3-5 under contract. That should tell you how many properties you will have to look at before finding a good deal.

keep your chin up and keep looking
