Opinions on the Udemy Online Real Estate Course

Udemy offers an online course on "How to Analyze Real Estate Investments". For $10.99, it fares much better than those $5000 real estate guru training programs. My question is this: has anyone here ever used Udemy or their real estate program? If so, what are your takeaways? Even if you have no experience with the program I would love to get your opinion.
