Home stores sell it and it is more expensive than standard wood or MDF trims.

I can't speak to their coverage for buy and hold, but I do think that for every service - Insurance, Title, Contractors that you should get a new quote from fresh blood every few years.

I think you are 100% correct that my number might be flagged for spam risk right now and I am double checking it and and switching to using fresh numbers so that it will improve my contact % and not go to voicemail all the time.
