I've been an Air Traffic Controller for 6 years, which is funny because I recently heard someone on the podcast mention that they were considering going in to this field before they got in to real estate.

@Kyle SkinnerIMO you should go through the exercise of organizing materials SKU # and laborprice per square foot or what ever measurement once.

I have NEVER heard Eddie Speed or anyone in the Note School organization advocate buying a note without doing full due dilligance.
