Hi all,

Paul from Baltimore, MD. I am currently a project manager in commercial construction, running projects all over the DMV. I have long had an interest in REI, but my goal for 2016 is to finally act on that passion. Currently I am reading everything I can get my hands on while also catching up on as many BP podcasts while I drive around all day.

I have a degree in construction management and 5+ years experience running all sorts of commercial construction projects which I believe will come in handy for future endeavors. The construction side of REI is far less intimidating to me than the business/financial side of things.

I am originally from NE Ohio and I am looking to network as much as possible in both the NE Ohio and Baltimore markets. My goal is to find, finance and manage a flip by the start of summer '16.

I look forward to learning and networking as much as possible through BP.
