Ohio-focused New Member

Hello,

After lurking around the forums and site for about six months - and listening to every BiggerPockets podcast where they tell you to introduce yourself - I felt it would be good to finally take Brandon & Josh's advice and introduce myself. 

My name is Eric. I currently live in Chicago / New York City, though I am from Cleveland and went to school in Columbus (Go Bucks). I'm very interested in investing in real estate in both the Cleveland and Cincinnati markets.

As a 25 year old, my goal with real estate is to create value for the residents, investors, communities, and cities I work with through a value-add, buy-and-hold portfolio. I'm excited to continue learning through the site, continuing to educate myself, and networking until I get back to Ohio.
