For context, I am working with a 6 bed 2 bath property in San Antonio that has been setup for use as a rent-by-the-room property.It has 4 out of the 6 beds vacant and I'm wondering if there are any ways to field new tenants that I hadn't thought of.

I work as an attorney (in a field unrelated to real estate, unfortunately) and plan to purchase property in the coming months with two long-time friends, one who manages his parents' residential and commercial properties and the other who works in the IT space.
