What is the best way to find new room-rental tenants?

For context, I am working with a 6 bed 2 bath property in San Antonio that has been setup for use as a rent-by-the-room property.

It has 4 out of the 6 beds vacant and I'm wondering if there are any ways to field new tenants that I hadn't thought of. Putting up craigslist ads and a sign in the front yard were my best ideas, the 2 existing tenants came from craigslist as well, but I wanted to see if anyone else had a word of advice. All responses are appreciated.

I know a lot of people are using Facebook Marketplace for this type of rental. I haven't used it for rent by the room, but in general I get decent traffic from Marketplace listings.
