Newbie from Tampa, FL! Howdy!
Hello BP community!
My name is Michael Freedman, and I am getting back into commercial real estate after more than 8 years. I left commercial real estate appraisal at the very end of 11' (also had sales license but didn't use it), started a family while going to med school, started a few e-commerce businesses and now I am back!
I've been offered a position at a couple of international brokerage firms and will decide on which one this week. I'll be re-taking my exam in a few weeks and looking to get a very fast start on commercial sales. If anyone has any advice on how to best do that, I am open to all suggestions! I have online experience and was hoping to figure out a way to leverage that skill to decrease the time to a regular income. Maybe I can offer free health consultations! haha
