Hello BiggerPockets community, thank you for clicking on my post,

I am currently a Junior living in South Bend Indiana. About a year ago I read my first real estate book by Brandon and Josh (
Book). After that I really did not think about real estate at all and was just focusing on school and the extracurriculars I do in and out of school. When Covid broke out is around the time I stumbled over the BiggerPockets podcast and after that I was hooked. I have read a few different books and have listen the the real estate rookie and the main BiggerPockets Podcast since. Now to the main question I am asking. What can I do in the short term (1-2 years) to have hands on learning with real estate that I could do before I graduate. The best way to learn is always with experience and practice. I can not just jump in and buy real estate because I do not have enough capital and I do not have the tools to raise money. I know that I should to continue to read books, learn the lingo, and other ways of getting ready to invest, but I feel I am missing a lot by not having a hands on experience. If you have any tips in general I can learn then please tell me Thank you for reading and please drop any tips or experiences that you had that would help me.

Thanks you reading,

Andrew
