If it was medical and most actually are medical, then when the bankruptcy is discharged, they can't file again for 7 or 8 years so they are now a pretty safe bet.

If this is not an option I would call around and find a clean, safe reasonably priced hotel and see if you can make a deal for a 2-3 week stay.I expect my tenants to pay the rent and take care of my property.
