How to get off hard money lender for fix and flip?

I have been using the same hard money lender for years at 12% with 1 point and lots of trust and flexibility due to how many deals we have done. I have now met enough fellow investors who are sourcing funds much cheaper so I think its time I make a change.

One of my 2019 goals is to secure some alternative financing at cheaper rates - say 10% or less on 6 month fix and flips. What would be the best way to put the word out that I am a safe bet to earn a return on your money because I an experienced investor, completed 40+ deals - I have a second business that provides 6 figure income in additional to 25 cash flowing rental properties.

You think an announcement on Facebook calling all friends/relatives/ect? I also came across investor.com or similar sites that say they link you up with money.

Thoughts appreciated!
