We have a 4 plex in a good safe area for sale, but we havent had a ton of interest.  It has been listed for a month, and has been shown 3 times in the past 2 weeks but no "real" offers.  Has anyone noticed the Sales market slowing down?  I havent ever sold a property so this is a bit new to me.

Thanks,
DJ

Elections impact the market. There is always some uncertainty before an election. Then after an election buyers need to sort themselves out. Give it time.

Your choice of agent also has an impact. Do they specialize in multi family or did they just show up and sign your listing?

Price also has an impact. Are you overpriced for your market? What is the ROI for the buyer after they buy it?

We meet just down the street from Bethalto at Polly's Restaurant in Cottage Hills. Feel free to attend your first meeting as my guest.
