If it's a higher end property and you really want to go the MTR route, I'd look into Rachel Gainsburgh's coaching on the insurance placement strategy - those placements are typically looking for higher end properties and pay significantly more.

@Jerry Poon - I usually coach newbies to ignore all of the "entity" stuff in the beginning and spend your time finding great deals instead.
