There are guru's that will offer coaching, and try to get you to fit their program.

Maybe the mentors, coaches and gurus just come out in the Spring...

I'm contemplating spending up to $15,000 to buy into an established mentor/coaching wholesaling program that focuses heavily on the marketing and system components.

Signed up for Rich Dad coaching, since Kiosaki's books are the reason I decided to get into real estate in the first place, and now hoping to become and active member on the forum.

There are potential coaches there as well as the REIA club.

If it's a higher end property and you really want to go the MTR route, I'd look into Rachel Gainsburgh's coaching on the insurance placement strategy - those placements are typically looking for higher end properties and pay significantly more.

You can scout for coaches as you network online & offline.

But I would steer clear of the coaching. 

@Jerry Poon - I usually coach newbies to ignore all of the "entity" stuff in the beginning and spend your time finding great deals instead.
