I'm going to Chris McClatchey's seminar and I'm looking for success stories from others who have used his methods. Just like any real estate "system" I've read negatives on just about every one that existed or exists. I am not looking for replies from those who have not tried what Chris teaches. I am currently a student of Chris mcclatchey. I attended his seminar in may last year. I close on a Triplex February 27th using his methods. He's very knowledgeable and has helped me get many contacts for lenders and possible JV partners. Anytime I text him even if it's 9 p.m. he usually texts back very quickly. Plus he has an assistant that works at the office you can always call her. I'm really happy I went to his seminar and I recommend it. It opens your eyes to some creative financing that is very unique. Within the last year I've also done wholesaling and a flip which is not exactly his area of expertise but he was there to help me through them whenever I had questions or needed advice.
