New Wholesaler from Brooklyn, NY

Hello everyone!

My name is Viktor and I'm a beginner real estate "investor" from Brooklyn, NY. Why the word investor is in quotation marks? Well, because technically I'm not an investor yet, since I'm still learning the ropes but I'm getting ready to tackle this hard yet rewarding world of real estate investment.

I was, and still am, studying real estate investing for around 3 months or so. Signed up for Rich Dad coaching, since Kiosaki's books are the reason I decided to get into real estate in the first place, and now hoping to become and active member on the forum. I'm also a member of REIA NYC and looking to network with other members.

At this time I'm looking to network with other real estate professionals such as lawyers, CPAs, brokers and other investors. At the same time I'm looking for my first wholesale deal in Brooklyn area. If you are an investor in NYC area, please feel free to hit me up and I would love to talk more to you and possible partner up for some future deals. If you are not from NYC, it doesn't matter, hit me up anyway. I can take punches (Russian joke).

Well enough for my first intro. Thanks for reading and I hope to network with you at one point of my career.

Viktor K.
