I have had zero success so far with Zillow and Furnished Finder for my furnished MTR in Nashville. It could be too high-end of property and price, but I think it's more marketing. It's extremely easy to get this property rented as a STR without trying at all.

I have it listed on Airbnb and VRBO as well, but they take so much of the pie I don't like them. 

Other suggestions?

I'm about to hire an overseas assistant to make posts and make calls.
