I am entering into a business partnership, and we are looking for an app/program to help us manage projects, assign tasks, and seamlessly communicate.

Im currently in the process of forming my business entity and I would like to begin networking with individuals who have used these types of funds for projects as well as assist me in obtaining them for myself.

There are many people willing to Joint Venture on a project that may be willing to partner with you and provide the cash for a percentage of the profit.

Has anyone done the analysis there?

Need some trim work done soon and some other odd projects here and there. 

From the moment they aquire the property, it will take them anywhere from 4-8+ months to get the project turned around.

My wife is an architect and we have private investment capital available, but we don't have that much experience in the CA market so we'd like to meet people involved in new construction (passive house), add value projects, as well as re-entitlement and fix and flips.
