What app/program do you use to manage workflow with partner?

I am entering into a business partnership, and we are looking for an app/program to help us manage projects, assign tasks, and seamlessly communicate. I know there are tons of productivity apps out there, but I'm curious which one(s) you find most useful for running a two-person real estate investing team.
