Looking to Network - New Construction and Fix and Flips

I've only been in CA for a year, but I'm looking to expand my network locally as I've focused primarily on the East Coast, specifically Philadelphia.  My wife is an architect and we have private investment capital available, but we don't have that much experience in the CA market so we'd like to meet people involved in new construction (passive house), add value projects, as well as re-entitlement and fix and flips.

@Anthony Nguyen Thanks Anthony.

@Manolo D. As mentioned we haven't performed any new construction on our own in Los Angeles. We're looking to connect with people who have.  My wife and I are partners.  She's a licensed architect having worked on luxury projects in NYC and now in Los Angeles. http://akonopitskaya.com/

I'll keep you posted on our first ground up construction project.
