Hey Milwaukee! 

The frame on one of my windows (upper duplex) is completely rotted - thinking it needs to be replaced. I may want to get quotes for some other older windows too while I'm at it. Any recommendations for a reputable company who can help me out? It should be someone who is fine with a small job if I go ahead with just the one window right now.

While I'm at it, I might as well ask if there are any maintenance companies you recommend. I'm using one right now since I live 4 hours away (am managing the properties myself), but they aren't the most reliable or organized. 

Also in desperate need of a quality handyman. Need some trim work done soon and some other odd projects here and there.
