In order to get me covered for this the doctors are going to declare me 100% totally disabled which will allow them to have me participate in a clinical study for a recently approved procedure which may well abate or cure the melanoma altogether.It is chemotherapy but is supposed to be in a pill form.

Find another broker...They provide a commodity service and are supposed to be in the business of customer pleasing (which is why they work on commission)...if they're not doing that, find someone who will.If it's too late to switch, then don't feel bad about calling and bugging them EVERY SINGLE DAY.You're the customer...they need to start acting like it.

Our actions in a nut shell.1) Great team, good to go.2) In and out in 4 weeks or less.3) During the flip, find the next one.4) No property remains in Hard Money for more than 120 days.5) Sell for less than comps, open house etc. etc.We have a written plan, all of us will do what we are supposed to do and as soon as we know our plan is good, stick to it and move on to the next one.

i dont mind paying closing costs but a huge reason for the VA loan is that we are SUPPOSED to pay closing costs and IF we can get a conventional loan that has closing costs included they would be cheaper right??
