I guess that it is well past time that I introduce myself. I am an auditor who generally works 11pm - 7am which leaves me the daytime to do the other stuff RE that interests me.

I mainly stay busy with the tax sale properties but as I am able to find them and hold on to them past the reclaimation period I then take my time in fixing them up for resale.

This all started about 4 years ago so I am just now beginning to have some properties that are about ready to resell. The others were land only which I gave to family members to set them up.

Sorry folks but family is first, but since you all will be my "extended family" you will get your shot soon.

I am one of those "old foggies" that resisted the computer ages for as long as I could but am now comming around to enjoy things.

I will also speak my mind on any issue. I have found that those who do not will never be corrected in their misconceptions, so everyone feel free to correct me when I am wrong, Which wont be very often  I hope!!!!!!!
