This looks as though the people selling the house care more than just making a quick buck, and would like to turn out a decent product as well.

So this is where you'll find a lot of those land loans, construction loans, HELOC products, MFH on rented lots, ITIN loans, etc.

I guess if fix and flip to generate cash.. then  product procurement would be goal number one .. funding before everything else make sure you have your money lined up . no reason to go shopping if your scrambling for dough.

I have no way to verify what they bought since I won't be physically there.

Is it possible to live on the road in a camper but have the property address as my physical address and rent out the whole house?

I guess just like with any other product, the price has to match the value sought.

@Alan Ouellette one thing that got my wife and I over the hump in investing was physically going out to see properties.
