Military transition to civilian world
So my fiancé and I have been saving our money for a property. We are currently residing in Alaska. Soon to be moving back to sunny south Florida. Want to know if there some ways to mitigate any risk buying a property without seeing it in person. Or just wait till we move back to Florida and see the properties in person? It will be our primary household, house hacking the property.
