What is the Terms of occupancy like usually?
Hello, new member here and new to real estate.
I want to house hack and i have a question… after little research i found that to qualify for “owner occupied” you must move in with in 60 days, live there for a year or sometimes two… what exactly qualify as “living” there? Is it possible to live on the road in a camper but have the property address as my physical address and rent out the whole house? What if the camper is on the property and i live in the camper then rent out the whole house? Has anyone here done anything like this?
Thanks in advance!
