Hello BP friends!

I am considering this short sale opportunity in Pensacola FL and would love to get any/all input, suggestions, comments, advice advice that you're willing to provide. I'm a "newbie" and this is my first analysis an a property that we have looked at and are considering as our first BRRRR deal. Thanks in advance to all willing to help!
