Hey Everyone,I’m the co-owner of a small production company focused on Esports and Gaming content, but I’m diving into real estate investing and fascinated by the intersection of video marketing and property sales.After doing some research, I’ve noticed the pricing and usage for real estate video services can vary wildly—from $100 to $5,000 for anything from basic photo packages to full video suites with drone footage and social media clips.I’m really curious—how does this align with your experience?

His communication is excellent, he is willing and able to answer questions and give honest feedback about properties (he doesn't just try to sell you on anything and everything), and he has experience with investment properties.

If however you are buying an investment property, I am not aware of a 1 year requirement to buy an investment.

If I invest a multifamily through a Roth IRA, will I still receive the same tax benefits as I would with personal cash when I file my tax return?

I’ve not done any creative financing or invested out of state or short term rentals or fix and flips. 

Has anyone heard of this private money lender or used them.
