Looking for guidance on next steps in RE investment journey

Patrick Chang
Posted

Hi there, looking for some advice on putting my best foot forward. For context, I currently have 2 multifamily in NYC (2 family + 4 family) that were bought over the course of 10 years.  Both were a buy, renovate and hold.  We haven’t pulled out any equity but plan to as interest rates start to go down.  I’ve not done any creative financing or invested out of state or short term rentals or fix and flips.

Any thoughts on what would be the best options to consider in my situation? Ideally I’d like to scale faster with the equity I’m going to pull out.

What's your goal?

Long terms more cashflow to replace my W2.  Short term I’d like to do a few more deals on the side to supplement my income.
