Cleaning/repairs are made, if necessary, itemized, and remainder of deposit with itemized invoice is mailed (never hand-delivered) to address specified by the tenant.

I signed up to work Uber Eats and deliver food.

When they can't deliver it at the current address they will sometimes attach the new address to the mail.

What I have been running into lately is when I ask to pull comps and/or tax records they say ok but never perform, or deliver too slowly which has resulted in me missing out on deals as I don't want to make analysis and/or offers based Solely my comps (Zillow, Trulia,etc), as I'm fairly new to the industry.My question is; What are some things that I can do to add value to the situation, so that its a mutual benefit on the front end, thus becoming a priority to the RE Agent, as I feel they are a very intricate part to any good investor's Power Team.Also, if there are any here please feel free to reach out directly and/or refer them.Any info is greatly appreciated...

I had no issue sending correspondence to those who did not put applications in however I am having writers block when considering those who gave me money for the screening process and genuinely hoped to get good news.I know this business takes thick skin, I don't have a problem delivering bad news.

The  property will be delivered vacant.

And to get that much depth and understanding of the tax code and other stuff takes years, even decades to glean, craft, shape and deliver in a somewhat interesting way.
