Hello,

I'm currently looking for a commercial mortgage broker to work with in the south shore Massachussets area. The property is a six family in need of rehab and will most likely not appraise out. The purchase price is approximately 450k. The  property will be delivered vacant. The goal would be to rehab, rent out, and then re finance.
