Any insight on how a larger portfolio can impact the process of getting a loan approved?

I am not a banker but I think impact will be minimal.

It has had an wonderful impact on my life.

This is my first year journaling with the BP one and I've enjoyed it's impact.

While her income is sufficient to support the mortgage and her credit was better than mine, she has a significant amount of student loans that impacts her DTI.

If so, what type of campaign did you run, how did it go, did you notice a big impact to your leads and closing rate, any recommendations?

If we eliminated property taxes houses would appreciate (although the ancillary consequences of eliminating property taxes may have a greater negative impact on property values) because people could afford to pay more for the house. 

Most of these item I would think I can catch pretty quickly, but definitely will test for mold and ensure that state/local health departments (specifically environmental health) certify clean.

Some lenders require formal appraisals and such which can impact your ability to close in a short window.

Lastly, I get to make an impact on my community and that's kinda cool.
