Any experience and/or thoughts on the "notice" "cease and desist" "causing extreme distress."

I would most likely be using a turnkey for help if I bought property in FL and of course have no experience with those either.

There's a ton of experience in this group, so ask lots of questions!

Has anyone used an affiliate marketing strategy to refresh their property, create unique experiences and provide local products to their guests?
