I have received some coaching from my cousin who has been flipping houses successfully in Atlanta, but I am of course always open to suggestions and ideas from others, especially from very experienced flippers/investors that are on bigger pockets.  

As a member you'll have access to their library of coaching and mentoring call recordings, which are incredibly informative.

Because I cannot qualify for a new mortgage and do not have enough cash for a downpayment, I am interested in using a hardmoney loan to buy and flip a fixer to pay off my mortgages.I have some experience with contractors to repair the properties for rent.I have a full time job and I coach my children's sports teams, so I do not have a lot of time to dedicate to find deals.  

I have also asked for a refund and all I get is a different coach.  

Always let them know from the get go that you are a new agent and you will be amazed how much they coach you through the transaction.

I know you like direct mail, but what do you think of this, primo-coach?

Once Coach Dave found this out, he wasn't comfortable working with someone who would put this much research into a project for this small amount of money.Left a voicemail stating we should call him back in 6 months to see if we felt better about working with him. 

I believe the best ways to do that is to find a "mentor / coach" as well as partnering up with another "newbie" or a more seasoned investor (for joint venture deals) who needs someone to help with errands, appointments and other duties with-in my capabilities, so if you are available to coach me and allow me to accompany you on visits to potential property evaluations and hopefully seller negotiations & closings, I would love to meet you for coffee sometime and discover our options.

If you are targeting the MF apt niche, first of all realize it is extremely competitive right now and getting the right mentoring / coaching and aligning with folks doing the business in a big way would be paramount for me.
