My husband and I spent the $47 on the videos.  Immediately you will start getting calls.  They will try to get you to allow them to mentor you.  Said it was usually $7500 but now running for $4500.  10-1 hour weekly sessions with a team member.  First week you would be required to make offers on. 3 different properties.  

IF this is something you aren't able to do, let us help you: for a fee of $9500 I will personally fly to your location and bring a team member where we will flip the house, make all the decisions and still give you 70%.  And we can "talk about" the fees for the next 2 house flips.  But of course your percentage of profit would definitely increase.

So I hung, googled the name of which he lied about and I called him on it.  Dave Mason, David Clabeaux are indeed the same person.  DO YOUR HOMEWORK!  I simply did my search, called the Atty General Office in several states and also DOJ in FL.  Once Coach Dave found this out, he wasn't comfortable working with someone who would put this much research into a project for this small amount of money.

Left a voicemail stating we should call him back in 6 months to see if we felt better about working with him.  I mean he is a total joke.  Look him up, he is all over Google and it's worth the small amount I did spend to find out the truth. This company also was fined by FTC for violations for work at homes schemes and other job listings as well as how to make a 6 Figure Income.  It's all public record with FTC.

Soon as you call him out on the lies and what you've found, he is off the phone!

Good morning Dave,
I would guess you are busy so hate to email you directly but feel this is the only solution. I have been for some time now and still waiting to do our first deal together. At this point which looks like it will never happen, as you can see from the first email I received from your company March 3, 2020. Now both ladies I have worked with and working with are great individuals. However I am not getting any where and seems like just getting excuses of why and never seems to be good enough deals. I am totally aware of the state of real estate not performing and good deals are even more and more harder to come by. I also know I watched a few deals just pass right by. Now that being said, If you could refund all of the money I put up for this deal to happen which hasn't, that would save both of us a lot of time and money. I figured you holding my money for the past two years and me not able to collect interest possibly money from doing a deal or two. I would say that giving $4,995.00 back to me would be in you and your company's best interest. Please respond so I know which way to proceed with this.
