MHU bootcamp, when to take the class?

This is a question going out to those who have attended the bootcamp, or I suppose those who may have some insight as well, but when is the correct time to attended the camp?

My wife and I are very new to the industry and are planning on purchasing a park in the future.  We have saved a good chunk, not sure if its popper to talk numbers, of capital but probably have a little bit to go yet.  I guess I'm wondering if one should wait to take the course until you are absolutely ready to buy, or if attending the course is a good introduction even if you don't plan on buying for say another year.  I would thin there is lots of information in the bootcamp that would be indispensable to a newcomer, even if not currently in the position to buy.  However, I could also see where being ready to buy soon after the course could have it's advantages too.

Just curious what y'all thought and might help me decided when to attend the bootcamp.

Thanks!
