I'm not so great with the repair stuff, my skill set in this area is pretty limited; luckily my parents who are also in the area are very good at it.  

Learning new skills or strategies is the way forward if you make decisions to take action to improve your business or life.

I'm not too sure about that, especially with the kind of clowns I've seen put in tile here in da Burgh.I'm sure the tile floors I lay down with my incredibly talented and supremely skilled  two good hands are nothing short of perfect (always 'umble, very 'umble), but about two months ago, we pulled out about 350 square feet on No. 1 three-quarter-inch white oak tongue and groove flooring that I dated to circa 1928.

We equally recognize the skill sets we have, and that those skill sets compliment each other very well. 

It will be a good opportunity for you to display, practice, learn and enhance leadership and management skills.

i will even allot for variable BS and say 400 a month cash flow/5400 yearly with a ROI of 27%....i think i can get the property for under 20k but lets leave that to my stellar negotiating skills...ori can put down 20k on 100k home, mortgage with a 30 yr fixed.
