It was intended as a fix and flip, and our original exit strategy was reached. we bought with hard money then did a refi to convential because repairs became drawn out and rented for some cf to by is time. we ended up selling for 405,000 and our loan balance was 235,000.

Our daily pace report, which compares booked revenues to-date versus a year ago, shows the following:September +19.4%October +17.8%November +19.1%That doesn't mean this is where we end up for these months, just that more vacationers are planning ahead for stays, versus one year ago.

We reached out to the guest but they weren't willing to work with us on it, adamant that they should get to keep the booking.We ended up having to pay the fine and had our listing penalized pretty heavily.

Our government has laws restricting lenders from closing loans that are small loan and high cost so many will not touch these even if investor.

I feel like the time is now to start buying while rates are high, and property values are low.

My brother found a 4 unit multifamily house that was listed way too high at $525k initially.
