I am new to real estate investing but am interested in fix and flip projects and building a rental portfolio. I am unsure how to best find a source of inventory for deals. Does anyone have a good source of inventory/ any advice for just getting started? I am open to most markets in metro atl but do not want to go too far north or south. I feel like the time is now to start buying while rates are high, and property values are low.
