Fall shaping up well in the Smokies

While most of this year has been a challenge, this fall is looking far better in the Smokies, at least for the properties that we manage.  Our daily pace report, which compares booked revenues to-date versus a year ago, shows the following:

September +19.4%

October +17.8%

November +19.1%

That doesn't mean this is where we end up for these months, just that more vacationers are planning ahead for stays, versus one year ago.  I'll take that as a "win" right now for sure.

Quote from @John Underwood:

We have had really good months starting in June. Jan through May was slower than I would have liked to see.

People are definitely still actively coming to the PF area.

It was freaking packed on Saturday for sure!
