Etc.Fairfax isn't the best location in the metro area for flipping to begin with.

However I can think of several locations in Metro area where they would decrease value.

Too much money, too much risk, and too little reward if you ask me.Sacramento -- The Roseville/Sacramento area was just selected by Realtor.com to become the #4 hottest metro area in the nation in 2017.

In Nashville and Paris (my second base), I cooperate closely with an experienced Real Estate Broker.

The only condos I know of that seem to do OK are the ones in a desirable area on a metro route and close to the Strip.What has worked well for our clients:Town HomesSelect town homes and single family home properties have performed extremely well.
