New Member from Atlanta

Hello! My name is Jon Nichols and I am a new member located in the Metro Atlanta,GA area. I am a young professional with a full-time job in the Supply Chain industry, with interest in real estate investing part-time.My markets include Atlanta, GA and Nashville, TN. I do not have any real estate investment experience, but have a growing interest in real estate. I do own a primary residence in the Metro Atlanta area, but I am also looking to get involved in investment real estate. 

I heard about the Bigger Pockets podcast on a recent flight by the gentleman sitting next to me. I have listened to 10+ podcasts and I have become hooked! I am actively seeking a mentor in the real estate industry to teach me the correct way to invest in real estate. My interests include rental properties and/or flips. I can provide capital, clerical, and analytical work in exchange for a mentor/partner.

Welcome Jon! Those are the markets I'm looking at as well. I'm from Atlanta so I know it well but live in Nashville. I haven't nailed one down yet but I'd definitely like to talk more and we can discuss strategy and thought processes a little if that works for you.
