Based on my long experience as Chief Financial Officer and management consultant, I am now active in the area of property management, working for private investors and family offices. My approach goes far beyond mere accounting. It includes fast monthly closings, monitoring of income and expense, reporting, planning and forecasting. 

Most important is a regular profit distribution and full Internet-based transparency for owners and investors.

I come from Europe and therefore speak also German and French. In Nashville and Paris (my second base), I cooperate closely with an experienced Real Estate Broker.
